Opportunity to buy 250 Spring born xbred calves. 12 years of LIC genetics with a high focus on breeding for a low maintenance cow with high fertility and will produce high solids off a grass based system. The herd starts calving in early February and calves for 8 weeks. The group of calves are mostly ai sired with a very small amount coming from stock bulls. The live weight of the cows is 480kg to 500kg. Production is excellent at 5,200 litres 4.8% fat, 3.85% protein & SCC 140. Cows are being vaccinated for Lepto, BVD, IBR & Salmonella
